Rescheduling and Substitution Policy
You may reschedule due to illness or other reasons prior to the class date by simply calling
949-357-6160. You may send a substitute if you are unable to attend. You or your alternate may
reschedule any class within six (6) months of the original scheduled class date, provided there is room in the classroom. A credit will remain on your account for six (6) months.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, the following schedule will apply:
•80 % refund if you cancel registration 7+ days from course date
80 % refund if you cancel registration 7+ days from course date(Credit card transactions will be refunded to the same credit card within two (2) weeks of cancellation notice. For cash or check transactions, a check will be sent within three or four (3 or 4) weeks.)
